Building on the success of the Durbanville men’s weekend in 2009, a group of catholic men from the Northern Deanery, Cape Town Archdiocese, organised a successful men’s spiritual weekend in 2010. This event was attended by approximately 270 men from various parishes across Cape Town.
The weekend was opened by Archbishop Steven Brislin. The overarching theme being … Answering God’s call in my life as servant, father, brother and son …
These men have a vision to grow this “ministry” to reach as many as possible to answer God’s call in their lives. The event for 2011 is being planned.
